Service Description

Gentle Combination of Yin and Restorative yoga to help you get a good night’s sleep and relaxed and ready for the holiday week ahead. Happening at Sunset, this Candlelit class (using blankets and pillows that you bring from home) with gentle healing music, will melt the tension and stress from your body as it stretches and releases tight muscles and joints. $10 for members $15 for nonmembers.
